The Debrecen building has a very advantageous location in the city and regionally as well, offering 70 workstations for the enquirers.
Proximity of the international airport of Debrecen, highway M3, main road no. 47 towards Romania and main road no. 4 towards Ukraine provides easy, convenient and fast approach of nearby cities, the capital and the markets of the neighbouring countries’, which contributes to attract more working capital into the region, helps Hungarian companies finding new markets for their products and promotes intensifying cross-border co-operations.
As the building is located in the city center, approaching by public transport is just as simple as it is by car. The tram line, the main bus route no. 31 and trolleybus route no. 2 run only 100-150 meters from the Center; car drivers can use the center’s parking lot. The railway, bus and taxi stations are in walking distance, just as banks, official buildings, elegant restaurants and shops.
DBH Innovation and Business Center Debrecen aims to facilitate the competitiveness of settled foreign and local SMEs and foster to get their products in a new market in the region with its regionally unique, innovative business administrative and leasing services . The center was realized on 1500 sqm by an investment of 350 million HUF.
